Raffaella MEAKIN

Raffaella possesses a solid domestic and international experience. She is particularly appreciated for her analysis skills and her efficient and pragmatic approach in the resolution of disputes as well as representation of her clients before the courts.

Her specialist practice areas are the law of persons (adults and minors) and family law (matrimonial regimes, divorce, separation, maintenance, abduction of minors, adoption, guardianship), inheritance law (drafting wills, separation assets, international inheritance law), the enforcement in Switzerland of orders and judgments rendered abroad, debt recovery as well as private international law. She is regularly instructed to render legal opinions for foreign pending legal proceedings.

Upon the court’s appointment, Raffaella represents minors in all type of proceedings relating to family and inheritance law.

Raffaella is a STEP member since more than 20 years. Since 2011, Raffaella serves as Deputy Judge at Tribunal Civil in Geneva.
