Lucie BOULDIN
Lucie has acquired an extensive experience in various litigation matters, both internationally and in Switzerland, focused mainly in various civil and criminal legal proceedings.
Lucie represents clients in criminal proceedings, representing both adults as well as minors before the investigative authorities as well as the Courts.
On the civil level, her areas of practice are the law of persons and family law (matrimonial law, matrimonial regimes, divorce, filiation law, maintenance actions, curatorships), inheritance law, as well as private international law.
Lucie also practices as advisor or legal representation in debt recovery matters as well as in contractual law, both for the drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as in proceedings before judicial and arbitration authorities.
